17.30 - Ceremonial march to the square with a historical band and assembly under the

11.00 - Central commemorative act at the Battery of the Dead
12.00 - Promenade concert by the band of the 6th Field Rifle Battalion
12.30 - Ceremonial presentation and christening of the reissue of Josef Volf's publication: Memories of the War of 1866 at the Museum of the War of 1866
14.00 - Battle scene “King Wilhelm I: The Road to Victory” based on real historical events from the Battle of Hradec Králové in 1866. After the end of the battle, around 15.00, a parade of historical troops will follow.

10.00 - 14.00 and 15.00 - 17.00 Programme for children "IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF A SOLDIER"
Part of this year's commemorative events at Chlum will also be a programme for preschool and younger school-age children, for whom a playful trail will be prepared where they will explore what a soldier carried in his knapsack or how wounded soldiers might have been treated. With a bit of luck they may also meet soldiers in uniforms, of whom the battlefield will be full at that time. After completing the trail, a small reward will await the participants.
